Email Solicitation
Karaoke and Stuff will usually contact all parties with some form of email solicitation at least one time. If you prefer not to receive such solicitations, reply to any email with the request to be removed. Your removal will be immediate.
Defective Product Return Policies
Important: Obtain an RMA#
Under normal circumstances we will provide an in-house
warranty for a period of up to 30 days from delivery. Beyond 30 days, please
contact the manufacturer. Obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization
Number) before returning any packages! Packages with no RMA# cannot be accepted
and will be returned to sender (you) at your expense. Refusals are done at the
receiving dock and will not be accepted into the warehouse. No exceptions.
Sound tracks
Non-defective sound tracks cannot be returned for exchange
or refund. No exceptions. If you have any doubts whatsoever about the sound tracks
you are purchasing, please inquire before purchasing. Defective sound tracks
will be replaced with the same exact product. Request and RMA# to receive exchange.
Defective hardware to be replaced:
This option is for customers who have a defective piece
if hardware and wish to return the product for an exact product exchange.
- Please
contact us regarding any issues before condemning product.
- We will pay shipping charges to replace defective items.
- Request an RMA# and we will provide a return UPS label.
- Return product in original carton(s) with all manuals, remotes, etc.
- If product came in a decorative box, make sure you place that box inside
another plain brown shipping box. DO NOT mark up, deface or stick labels on the
outside of decorative boxes.
- Please provide a detailed description of the product's defect.
- Place RMA# on outside of box in an easy viewable area.
- Drop-off at any UPS drop-off center.
- Product will be inspected upon receipt at warehouse. If unit is defective,
replacement unit will be sent. If unit is not defective, the same unit will be
returned to customer at customer's expense.

- A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all non-exchanged returned items.
- Request an RMA#.
- Return product in original carton(s) with all manuals, remotes, etc.
- If product came in a decorative box, make sure you place that box inside

product is shipped, RMA# will be provided.
- Return product in original carton(s) with all manuals, remotes, etc.
- If product came in a decorative box, make sure you place that box inside

outside of decorative boxes.

It's not our intention to place undue financial burdens
on our customers. We ask that all customers research their desired products a
bit before jumping into any kind of committment. Like any other reseller, we
have no control over defective items or any damage incurred by shipping. All
we ask is that customers consider their requirements when ordering equipment.
Expect units under $100 good for kids, under $200 good for families, under $300
good for casual gatherings. Units over $300 should work well for professional
environments. Obviously, these are not hard-cut rules. Use them as guidlelines
when assessing your needs.
